Bill Foster runs the operations behind Mintovate, handling the financial and administrative functions that let the rest of the team move fast. He brings 30 years of process operations experience built across a long career keeping complex operations on track. That experience taught him how to build systems that hold up under pressure, a discipline he now applies to Mintovate's finances and back office. He works behind the scenes so that everyone else can work in front of them.
Elizabeth Foster
Director of Strategic Initiatives
Elizabeth Foster drives strategic initiatives at Mintovate, turning ambiguous assignments into structure the company can execute against. She holds a Legal Studies degree from the University of Cincinnati and spent eight years in the legal field, including four years at a public defender's office, before serving as Chief of Staff at an early-stage startup. That path trained her to build a clear case from diffuse information and to run the operations behind a growing company, a combination she now applies across Mintovate's pipeline development, brand strategy, and international initiatives. She works across every part of the business, sequencing projects, structuring decisions, and freeing Mintovate's leadership to focus where they are needed most. Elizabeth brings order to complexity, wherever it shows up.
